To Register for classes
please download and fill out this form below. Please
mail in registration form as well as payment to Yellow
Bird Music. Once payment is received you will be
enrolled for new semester classes. Payment accepted:
Cash, Check, or Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, or
Discover. Make sure to also include class desired as
well as a first and second preference of class time.
• Discount
applied for siblings or second class.
• No refunds after first week of classes.
• Payment plan can be arranged if needed.
